Dawnay, Day Sirius Limited
Result of EGM and Notice of Results
Further to the announcement on 22 September 2008, the Board of Dawnay Day Sirius Limited ("the Company"), the AIM quoted property investment company, is pleased to announce that at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the Company, held earlier today at Martello Court, Admiral Park, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3HB, the special resolution to change the name of the Company to Sirius Real Estate Limited was approved.
It is expected that on or about the 27 October 2008, when the registration of the change of name with the Guernsey Registry takes effect, a further announcement will be issued to confirm that the change of name has become effective.
When the change of name takes effect, the Company's website at which information required by rule 26 of the AIM Rules is available will be changed to www.sirius-real-estate.com.
The Company will report its interim results for the period ended 30 September 2008 on Monday 1 December 2008.
