Result of EGM
CareTech Holdings plc is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held earlier today, both the special and ordinary resolutions were duly passed.Accordingly, the Company announces that at a board meeting held today 3,750,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') were allotted in connection with the placing announced on 26th February 2010.
Application has been made for the admission of the new Ordinary Shares to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange on 16 March 2010.
The enlarged issued share capital of the Company now consists of 49,541,223 Ordinary Shares.
