Fusionex, a multi-award-winning, leading software solutions provider specializing in Big Data Analytics ("BDA") and Internet of Things ("IoT"), announces that at its extraordinary general meeting held earlier today, the special resolution to approve the proposed cancellation of the admission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM was passed. The voting was carried out by way of poll.

The votes in favour of the special resolution were in excess of 85% of the total votes cast, with 43,974,048 votes in favour, 5,429,496 votes against and 0 absentions.

The Company also confirms that computation of votes from the shares of the employee benefit trust (EBT) were not needed to achieve the 75% threshold requirement for the resolution to be passed.

Accordingly, as detailed in the Company's circular and announcement of 26 May 2017, the last day of dealings in the Company's Ordinary Shares will be 26 June 2017, and at 7.00 a.m. on 27 June 2017, the Company's Ordinary Shares will be cancelled from trading on AIM.
