SDL PLC06 July 2005 SDL plc - Result of EGM 6 July 2005 SDL plc (the "Company") proposed acquisition of TRADOS Incorporated SDL plc today announces that the resolution regarding the acquisition of TRADOSIncorporated, as detailed in the circular to shareholders dated 20 June 2005,was proposed at the extraordinary general meeting of the Company held today andwas duly passed. The Company has issued and allotted 3,635,074 new ordinary shares in accordancewith the merger agreement and admission to the official list of the UK ListingAuthority and admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main marketfor listed securities of these shares will take place on 7 July 2005. Accordingly the Company expects completion of the transaction to take placetomorrow following the completion of the merger agreement.
