Result of general meeting
Further to the announcement on 7 January 2009 in relation to the proposed acquisition of Avisen Group Limited and the proposed change of name of the Company to Avisen plc, the directors are pleased to announce that at the general meeting held earlier today all resolutions were duly passed. The legal name of the Company will be changed to Avisen plc today. It is expected that the Company will begin trading on AIM as Avisen plc (Ticker: AVI) at 8.00 a.m. on Monday, 2 February 2009.
