Results of EGM & Distribution to Shareholders

Trading Emissions PLC (the "Company") is pleased to announce that, at the Extraordinary General Meeting held today, all proposed resolutions were duly passed.

As a result, the Company's expected last day of dealings in Ordinary Shares on AIM will be 17 May 2018 and the Cancellation will become effective at 7.00 a.m. on 18 May 2018.

Furthermore, as described in the circular to Shareholders dated 17 April 2018, the Company will now proceed with making a distribution of capital to Shareholders of 3.5 pence per Share, equivalent to approximately £8.7 million ("the Distribution"). The Distribution will be paid on 23 May 2018 to Shareholders recorded on the register on 18 May 2018. The Shares will be marked ex on 17 May 2018.
