Result of General Meeting & Company Name Change to FastJet Plc

Rubicon announces that the resolution put to shareholders at the Company's General Meeting held earlier today was duly passed.

As announced on 19 July 2012 and following the passing of the resolution, the Company is pleased to announce that it has changed its name to FastJet Plc.

It is expected that the Company's AIM symbol will change to FJET and its website address to www.fastjet.com with effect from 7.00 a.m. on Tuesday 7 August 2012.

The General Meeting was called pursuant to the notice of general meeting posted to shareholders on 19 July 2012, which is available from the Company's website, www.rubicondiv.co.uk.

David Lenigas, Executive Chairman, commented:

"As we prepare for the launch of the Fastjet A319 flights in East Africa in November it is appropriate to align our company name with the new brand."
