Result of Extraordinary General Meeting

A General Meeting of Darty plc was held on Monday, 3rd February 2014 at which an ordinary resolution was passed to approve that the Board be authorised by the Company to make borrowings, notwithstanding those borrowings may exceed the limit set out in Article 100 (B) of the Articles of Association.
