Arlington Group Ltd07 May 2008 Arlington Group Limited (the "Company") Result of First Special General Meeting (the 'SGM') All Resolutions put to the SGM held today were duly passed by Shareholders. TheResolutions concerned the proposed De-Listing by the Company and amendment ofthe Bye Laws. Following the passing of the Resolutions, the Company expects the cancellationof the dealings in the Ordinary Shares of the Company on AIM to be effective at8.00 a.m. on 14 May 2008.
