At the EGM held today at 1000hrs, all resolutions set out in the Notice of EGMposted to the shareholders dated 19 March 2007, were passed by the Company'sshareholders. The Placing Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIMon 15 April 2008. Following the issue and allotment of the Placing Shares, the issued sharecapital of the Company will be 116,468,093 ordinary shares.
