RESULT OF EGM
Further to the announcement on 19 December 2008, the board of Dawnay, Day Treveria PLC (the "Company") is pleased to announce that at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the Company, held earlier today at International House, Castle Hill, Victoria Road, Douglas, Isle of Man IM2 4RB, the special resolutions to change the name of the Company to Treveria plc and to make a consequential amendment to the Company's articles of association were approved.
In due course, when the registration of the change of name with the Isle of Man Financial Supervision Commission takes effect, a further announcement will be issued to confirm that the change of name has become effective.
When the change of name takes effect, the Company's website at which information required by rule 26 of the AIM Rules is available will be changed to www.treveria.com.
