Prime People PLC03 January 2006 For immediate release 3 January 2006 PRIME PEOPLE plc ("Prime People" or the "Company") RESULT OF EGM On 9 December 2005, Prime People plc announced the acquisition of Macdonald, aleading independent professional recruitment consultancy focused on thecommercial property sector. At the Extraordinary General Meeting of Prime People, which took place earliertoday, all resolutions put to shareholders to effect the Acquisition were dulypassed. Among the resolutions was the proposal to simplify the Company's capitalstructure by the consolidation of every 10 issued Ordinary Shares into one NewOrdinary Share. Resolution 8 was not put to the meeting and Robert Macdonald,Peter Moore and John Lewis have been appointed as directors by the Board ofDirectors of the Company with effect from Admission of the New Ordinary Shares. As a result of the passing of the resolutions, the shareholders of Macdonald andthe holders of Macdonald Share Options have become entitled to 7,155,593 NewOrdinary Shares, representing 66.01 per cent. of the Enlarged Share Capital.
