Murray VCT 2 PLC05 September 2005 Murray VCT 2 PLC ("the Company")Results of Extraordinary General Meeting and Annual General Meeting At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company ("EGM") held this afternoon,resolutions put forward by Mr Charles Clark to remove all the existing directorsof the Company and to replace them with his proposed directors were defeated.
