Collective Assets Trust PLC22 June 2005 To: RNS From: Collective Assets Trust plc Date: 22 June 2005 Result of the First Extraordinary General Meeting held on 22 June 2005 at 12noon The Board of Collective Assets Trust plc (the "Company") is pleased to announcethat at the First Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held today, 22June 2005, the resolutions approving the scheme of reconstruction of the Company(the "Scheme") put to the meeting were duly passed on a show of hands. Proxiesin respect of 6,296,079 votes were received in relation to the resolutions, ofwhich 6,292,381 were in favour, nil were against, nil were discretionary and3,698 abstained. The last date for receiving Forms of Elections was 17 June 2005. A Second Extraordinary General Meeting will be held on 29 June 2005 at 12 noonat which resolutions will be proposed for the winding up of the Company and theappointment of liquidators and to confer appropriate powers on the liquidators.Shareholder entitlements pursuant to the Scheme will be announced by the Companyin due course following the Second EGM.
