("RRF" or "the Company")

Proposed cancellation of Admission to AIM and Result of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM")

RRF announces that at its EGM held earlier today, RRF shareholders (representing approximately 64.04% of total voting rights) voted unanimously for the resolution. Accordingly, the resolution, which was a special resolution, was duly passed by shareholders.

It is expected that the last day of dealings in the Company's ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") on AIM will be close of business on 4 July 2013 and the effective date of the Cancellation is expected to be 7.00am on 5 July 2013. If shareholders wish to buy or sell Ordinary Shares on AIM they must do so prior to the Cancellation becoming effective.

As previously notified, while there can be no guarantee that shareholders will be able to sell any Ordinary Shares, any shareholder seeking to do so following Cancellation should contact the Company in writing at the registered office of the Company, PO Box 296 Sarnia House, Le Truchot, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 4NA. The Company will then be able to advise as to whether the Directors are aware of any prospective buyers for any Ordinary Shares which the holder thereof wishes to sell at that time.

If any of the above dates change, the revised dates will be notified to shareholders by announcement through a Regulatory Information Service.
