Cluff Gold PLC10 April 2006 AIM: CLF CLUFF GOLD PLC Result of EGM Cluff Gold plc ("Cluff Gold plc" or "the Company") (AIM ticker: CLF) announcesthat all of the resolutions at the EGM of the Company, held today, were dulypassed. The EGM was in respect of a fundraising to raise approximately £15.4 million(net of expenses) by way of a Placing of 22,600,000 Ordinary Shares ("NewOrdinary Shares") with new and existing investors at a placing price of 68 penceas announced on 14 March 2006. Consequently the Placing has now been completed. Application has been made for these New Ordinary Shares to be admitted totrading on AIM.
