Highcroft Investments PLC19 December 2007 HIGHCROFT INVESTMENTS PLC ("Highcroft Investments" or "the Company") Update re EGM Further to the announcement made on 13 December 2007, reporting the outcome ofthe EGM held on the same date, the Board has been informed by the Company'sregistrar that following the meeting 2 proxy votes have been reclassified. Accordingly, the votes cast were 2,416,036 (being 71.72% of the votes cast)voting in favour of the relevant resolution and 952,477 (being 28.28% of thevotes cast) against. The result of the EGM was unchanged.
