Lighthouse Group PLC14 April 2008 Lighthouse Group plc ("Lighthouse") Result of EGM At an Extraordinary General Meeting of Lighthouse held earlier today, each ofthe resolutions necessary to give effect to the proposed merger of Lighthouseand Sumus Plc ("Sumus") was duly passed. Details of the merger were announced on11 March 2008 and set out in documents sent to Lighthouse and Sumus shareholderson 20 March 2008. Sumus has convened meetings of its shareholders also for today. An announcementof the result of those meetings is expected to be made by Sumus later today. The date on which the merger becomes effective is expected to be 6 May 2008.
