Multi Group PLC07 June 2007 Multi Group Plc Result of EGM At the extraordinary general meeting of Multi Group Plc ("Multi" or "Company")held today, all of the resolutions proposed were passed. Conditional, inter alia, upon admission of the Company's consolidated 10pOrdinary Shares to trading, as described below, the Company will complete theacquisition of 99.97 per cent. of the issued share capital of Dream GroupLimited and Darren Browne, Tony Rogers, Miles Davis, Bob Morton and John Foleywill be appointed directors of the Company, with Oliver Cooke, Janet Barn andDavid Marks resigning as directors. The Company's ordinary shares are being consolidated, with every 100 existingshares becoming 1 new share. Accordingly, the Company's existing ordinaryshares of 0.1 pence each will be cancelled from trading on AIM with effect fromclose of business today and the newly consolidated ordinary shares of 10 penceeach ("10p Ordinary Shares") will be admitted to trading with effect from 8 June2007, under the Company's new name, Servoca Plc. Upon re-admission, the Company will have 40,906,680 10p Ordinary Shares inissue, will trade under symbol SVCA and the 10p Ordinary Shares will have ISINnumber GB00B1XHM086. Shareholders are reminded that the annual general meeting of the Company will beheld on 14 June 2007 and proxy forms in relation to the resolutions to beproposed at this meeting must be received by no later than 12 June 2007.
