Result of Extraordinary General Meeting
Infrastructure India plc, an AIM quoted infrastructure fund investing directly into assets in India, announces that at its Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier today the resolution was duly passed.
The passing of the resolution enables the Company to proceed towards completion of the financing as detailed in the announcement and circular to shareholders dated 31 July 2018.
