Result of General Meeting

The Company announces that at its General meeting today, the Resolution put to Shareholders was duly passed. Accordingly, subject to the issue of the GLIO Convertible Loan Notes, the Company will proceed with entering into the exclusive licencing agreement with Algoweb S.A.R.L, for use of its retail distribution platforms and software, and connectivity to post-trade services, as further described in the Circular to Shareholders dated 13 September 2014. A further announcement will be made in due course concerning the GLIO Convertible Loan Notes.

Capitalised terms in this announcement have the same meaning as those defined in the "Entry into Software as a Service Agreement" announcement, released by the Company on 15 September 2014.
