Result of EGM
The Company announces that at its Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier today the resolution to approve the cancellation of admission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM was passed. Accordingly, the Company confirms that the last day of dealings in its ordinary shares on AIM will be 29 October 2018 and that the delisting will become effective at 7.00 a.m. on 30 October 2018.
