Results of General Meeting

Further to the announcement by the Company on 1 November 2018 of the Proposed Share Buyback and Notice of General Meeting, details of which were contained in a circular sent to Shareholders dated 1 November 2018, the Board announces that at the General Meeting held at 11:00 a.m. today, the resolution proposed to Shareholders was duly passed by the requisite majority.
