Result of Extraordinary General Meeting
The Company announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") held earlier today, all Resolutions proposed were duly passed.
Following the conclusion of the EGM the Board of Directors approved the appointment of Roger Maddock as interim Chairman of the Company following the resignation of Sean Reel. Both of these changes are effective immediately.
