Bright Things plc13 November 2006 Bright Things Plc ("Bright Things" or the "Company") The board of Bright Things is pleased to announce that at the Company'sExtraordinary General Meeting held today the resolution put to the meeting wasduly passed. Accordingly, the Company has allotted the 10,000,000 new ordinary shares whichwere placed al 11p per ordinary share, and dealings in the new ordinary sharesare expected to commence on AIM on 14 November 2006.
