Result of EGM
The Company announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on Wednesday 27 August 2008, all the resolutions were duly passed.
The resolutions were:
The initiation of the process for the voluntary liquidation of the Company
The appointment of Yoav Kfir, CPA, of VAR Business Management Ltd. As the liquidator of the Company
That under Section 330(3) of the Israeli Companies Ordinance (New Version) 1983 (the "Ordinance"), the Board of Directors' capacity and full powers will remain, despite the appointment of a liquidator to the Company
