Result of EGM

The Board of Turbo Power Systems is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on Friday 15th August 2008 at 5:30pm were approved. The resolutions proposed were in relation to amendments made to a loan financing agreement with institutional investors, the details of which were released by Turbo Power Systems on 15 August 2008.
