Aukett Fitzroy Robinson Group PLC10 August 2007 Aukett Fitzroy Robinson Group plc ("AFR" or the "Company") Result of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") The board of AFR is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at its EGMheld today were duly passed by shareholders. As set out in the circular dated 18 July 2007, the Company is seekingconfirmation of its proposed capital reduction from the High Court of Justice inEngland and Wales. Subject to the result of the Court Hearing, set for 12September 2007, the board of AFR intends to recommend a dividend of 0.2p perordinary share payable to shareholders on the register on 21 September 2007 atthe next meeting of the Board following completion of the Court process.
