Linton Park PLC14 November 2005 14 November 2005 Linton Park Plc ("Linton Park") Camellia Plc ("Camellia") Result of Linton Park Court Hearing and Statements re Camellia AdditionalListing and Linton Park Delisting At the Linton Park Court Hearing held today, the Court sanctioned the LintonPark Scheme of Arrangement under section 425 Companies Act 1985 (the "Scheme"),pursuant to which Linton Park will become a wholly owned subsidiary ofCamellia. Application has been made for admission to the Official List of the UK ListingAuthority, and to trading on the London Stock Exchange, of up to 248,011 newordinary shares of 10 pence each of Camellia ("New Camellia Shares") to beissued in accordance with the Scheme. Admission is expected to become effectiveon 17 November 2005. The New Camellia Shares will, upon issue, rank pari passu with Camellia'sexisting ordinary shares. Following the issue of the New Camellia Shares,Camellia will have up to 2,843,011 ordinary shares in issue. The cancellation of admission of Linton Park ordinary shares to trading on AIMis expected to take effect on 17 November 2005.
