Enova Systems, Inc.("Enova" or the "Company")Result of Annual Meeting of Shareholders and Completion of Fundraise

Enova is pleased to announce that further to the announcement made on 20 December 2011, all resolutions at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on 30 December 2011 were passed. The Company has raised $1,687,500 and an application to AIM has been made in respect of 11,250,000 common shares of nil par value (the "Shares"). It is expected that the Shares will be admitted to AIM on or after Monday 9 January 2012.
