London, 26th June, 2014: Gulfsands Petroleum plc ("Gulfsands", the "Group" or the "Company" - AIM: GPX), the oil and gas production, exploration and development company with activities in Syria, Morocco, Colombia, Tunisia and the U.S.A., is pleased to report that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today at 10:00 a.m. all the resolutions outlined in the notice of the meeting dated 30 May 2014, except for Resolution 8 which was withdrawn, were duly passed.
