UniVision (AIM; UVEL), the Hong Kong based group whose principal activities are the supply, design, installation and maintenance of closed circuit television and surveillance systems, and the sale of security related products, announces that at the Group's annual general meeting, held on 3 October 2014 at 8/F Lever Tech Centre, 69-71 King Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong, all resolutions on ordinary and special business were duly passed.
