Results of Annual General Meeting

Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc confirms that shareholders duly passed, on a show of hands, all resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting held on 3 May 2012.

Proxy votes were received from shareholders in respect of 294,096,021 shares amounting to 92.30% of the issued share capital. The total number of shares in issue is 318,627,310. A summary of proxy votes received will be available on the Company's website, www.millenniumhotels.co.uk.
