RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

HaloSource, Inc. ("HaloSource" or "the Company") (HAL.LN, HALO.LN) the clean water antimicrobial technology company held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday 26 April 2012.

The Company is pleased to announce that all resolutions presented at the AGM were duly passed.
