Phorm (AIM: PHRM), a leading internet personalisation technology company, announces that all of the resolutions put forward at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, as set out in the formal Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 27 June 2014, were duly approved by shareholders.

Accordingly, the proposed Board changes announced on 27 June 2014 comprising the appointment of Mr Johannes Minho Roth as a Non-Executive Director of the Company in place of Mr Christophe Delorme have now been effected.
