Results of Annual General Meeting

Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc confirms that shareholders duly passed, on a show of hands, all resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting held on 6 May 2011.

Proxy votes were received from shareholders in respect of 286,843,767 shares amounting to 87.21% of the issued share capital. The total number of shares in issue is 313,569,637. A summary of proxy votes received will be available on the Company's website, www.millenniumhotels.co.uk.
