Result of Annual General Meeting
The Board of Directors of International Greetings PLC are pleased to announce that at today's AGM, all resolutions were duly passed.
Keith James and Charles Uwakaneme both retired from the Board at the end of the meeting. John Charlton succeeded Keith James as Chairman. During the meeting Paul Fineman, CEO, advised that the Group are currently trading in accordance with expectations.
