Result of Annual General Meeting and Board Changes
The Directors of Plant Health Care plc are pleased to announce that, at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today, all resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed.
As announced in the Company's final results on 26 March 2008, Don Marx and Robert Chanson have stepped down from the Board following today's AGM having both served thirteen years as directors of Plant Health Care plc and its predecessor companies. Although he is standing down from the Board, Don Marx, a co-founder of Plant Health Care, will continue in a full time role as the Company's Chief Scientist.
