Chaco Resources PLC28 June 2007 28th June 2007 Chaco Resources PLC ('the Company') Results of Annual General Meeting Chaco Resources PLC (to be renamed Amerisur Resources PLC) held its AnnualGeneral Meeting ("AGM") today at which all resolutions were passed. Thisincluded the resolution regarding the proposed placing of 250 million newordinary shares of 0.1 pence each at 6 pence per new ordinary share (the "Placing"). The shares will be admitted to trading on AIM at 8.00am on 29 June2007, and following this the Company will have 806,434,554 ordinary shares inissue. The Company also announces that Graeme Stephens, Non-Executive Director did notstand for re-election at the AGM due to health reasons.
