Result of AGM

The Company announces that at its AGM held earlier today resolutions numbered 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6 were passed.

Resolution number 3 was in respect of the re-election of Miles Davis as a Director. As announced on 11 February, Mr Davis resigned from the Board and therefore was no longer offering himself for re-election. Consequently this resolution was not proposed.
