Annual General Meeting
At the Annual General Meeting of Liontrust Asset Management plc held today all thirteen resolutions contained in the notice and put to the meeting were unanimously passed on a show of hands. The percentage of proxy votes cast in favour of the resolutions ranged from 95.06% to 99.70%.
The full text of resolutions 10 to 13 passed at the Annual General Meeting has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document viewing Facility, which is situated at:
