('KE' or 'the Company'), the AIM-listed Central and Eastern European property developer (KBE:L), is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting held yesterday at 10.00 am, all resolutions were duly passed, except for resolution five, the measures to be adopted regarding the company's equity, no decision was adopted in this matter.
