17 June 2013 Panther Securities PLC (the "Company") Result of AGM The Company announces that at the annual general meeting, held on Friday 14June 2013, the resolution to authorise the directors to make a payment of £25,000 by way of donation to the UK Independence Party was not passed followinga poll being taken(475,642 (votes in favour) and 558,603 (votes against)).There were 43 shareholders in favour and 28 against the resolution, with twodisallowed voting slips by virtue of insufficient authority for nomineeshareholdings, one of which for 90,000 shares, if included in the poll, wouldhave narrowly passed the resolution.
