Holders Technology plc ("Holders Technology" or the "Company") Result of AGM
Holders Technology, (AIM: HDT), announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company that was held today at the Company's registered office at Devonshire House, Manor Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire WD6 1QQ all resolutions were duly passed by shareholders.
Rudi Weinreich, Chairman and Chief Executive, has made the following statement:
"The current year has started positively and we are benefiting from the reductions which we made to the cost base of the group in 2009, however, market conditions within the PCB industry remain challenging.
Our recent acquisition, JK Components Ltd, is making good progress, particularly with high-power LEDs, and I look forward to commenting more fully on this potentially exciting area of development for the Group as a whole at the time of our interim statement."
