Falkland Islands Holdings plc, an AIM quoted international services Group which owns essential services businesses focused on transport and logistics and which has a major shareholding in Falkland Oil and Gas ("FOGL"), announces that at the Group's Annual General Meeting held today all resolutions put to shareholders by the board were duly passed.
