Results of Annual General Meeting
Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth management and employee benefits business, announces that at the Group's Annual General Meeting held today all resolutions put to shareholders by the board (which were contained in the Notice of Meeting dated 25 September 2017) were passed unanimously on a show of hands. Resolutions 1 to 8 were ordinary resolutions and resolutions 9 and 10 were special resolutions.
