Impax Group plc ('Impax' or the 'Company')
Result of AGM
Impax confirms that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today all resolutions were duly passed.
A copy of the presentation which was given by Ian Simm, Chief Executive of Impax, will be available shortly on the Company's website at www.impax.co.uk
As announced on 11 December 2008, David Kempton stepped down as a Director of Impax following the meeting, the Board wishes to thank him for his contribution to the development of the Company.
