HALMA p.l.c. RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2010

At the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Halma p.l.c. held on 29 July 2010, all the resolutions contained in the Notice of Meeting and put to the meeting were duly passed on a show of hands.
