Voting Results of Annual General Meeting

 

Appreciate Group plc, the UK's leading multi-retailer redemption product provider to corporate and consumer markets, announces that at the Group's AGM held earlier today, all resolutions were passed.

 

Each of the resolutions put to the Annual General Meeting were voted on by way of a poll and the results are set out in the table below. Each shareholder, present in person or by proxy, was entitled to one vote per share held.
