Result of AGM
The Board of MHG confirms that at the Company's annual general meeting ("AGM"), held earlier today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed. Resolution 4, in relation to the re-appointment of Chris Day as a Director of the Company, was not put forward at the AGM following Mr Day's resignation from the Board on 01 November 2012.
